Welcome to Faye’s Ramps and Morning Glory Farm & Gardens!
Morning Glory Farm and Gardens is a diversified 60-acre farm nestled in the rolling hills of western Wisconsin. For over 40 years, we’ve been committed to organic farming and sustainable land stewardship. Our land is a rich patchwork of woodlands, pastures, fields, and gardens—lovingly tended by farmers Mark Plunkett and Faye Jones.
Each spring, our woods come alive with a lush carpet of wild ramps (Allium tricoccum). In early May, we harvest these flavorful wild onions for market. To capture their essence year-round, Faye created our signature Ramp Salt—a garlicky, savory blend of dried ramp leaves and sea salt. It’s delicious on just about everything and makes a perfect gift for any occasion.
